How did you choose Webbs Kitchens and how did the design process go?

I chose Webbs after I went to another local kitchen supplier and I wasn’t happy with them.  The initial consultation went well with them and the planner came round, but my initial meeting at their shop didn’t go that well, they recommended what they thought I wanted but I didn’t want that. They were pushing their colours and their designs and worktops so I didn’t really gel with them.

My friends who came with me to help with choosing the design, their parents had actually been to Webbs many years ago and they said that went very well, they recommended Webbs so I went up to Webbs on my own and I met Jonny. Then after the initial meeting Jonny came to do the consultation at the house and then I went to Webbs again for another meeting with Jonny and then he came out again.

Off the back of the second meeting he prepared the design so we went to Webbs to look at it. The design Jonny came up with was ideal. I hadn’t decided on the colours, so I came away with a door sample to hold against the walls and see what it looked like, which helped me decide on the colour, then on the strength of that I went with Webbs Kitchens.

All along Jonny has been absolutely fantastic, he couldn’t have done any more. If there were any slight problems, and they were only very slight hitches, Jonny would be on the case and rectify it and it would be sorted within days. It has always been a good process, I can highly recommend Jonny and Webbs Kitchens.

How did you decide on your appliances?

The reason I went for Neff appliances was because the friends who helped me through the design process, they already had a kitchen with Neff appliances and they recommended those. They’ve had their appliances for over 20 years and they are still working perfectly, so that was the reason why we went with the Neff appliances, and up to now they have been a revelation.

And why did you choose the Quooker tap?

Because my friends had one as well! The first time I saw them use it I thought I’ve got to have one of them and there again, I wouldn’t do without my Quooker tap now, it’s tremendous. You wonder how you ever lived without one.

How did the installation go?

Brian the legendary joiner came to do the installation and we clicked straight away. As long as you kept him supplied with coffee it was tremendous, he was brilliant Brian, the installation went seamlessly, it went really well.

Do you have a favourite part of your kitchen?

The Quooker tap would possibly be my favouite part of the new kitchen, because it’s just a revelation, I don’t know how I have ever lived without one.

Would you recommend Webbs Kitchens?

I would definitely recommend Webbs Kitchens to anybody. The whole process has been seamless and if there were any slight problems Jonny was always on the case and it was resolved in minutes or days. I’m very confident with Webbs and I would highly recommend them to anybody else.
