I was walking to a customers house for an appointment when I bumped into a friend I hadn’t seen for a while. She asked me where I was going, I advised that I was on my way to take photos of a clients bedroom which was met with surprise, she said ‘I didn’t know you did bedrooms as well as kitchens’.
This was further compounded by the Bennetts, the people I was going to meet. When I asked them how they came to choose Webbs for their bedroom, they advised that they had been to a few different places but hadn’t found what they were looking for so dropped into our showroom to enquire if there was any possibility of getting a bedroom. They were delighted to find that we did indeed supply bedrooms, as well as kitchens and home offices.
Tim and Gill were looking to fill a floor to ceiling space with wardrobes, shelves and a dressing table with matching ottoman, all without handles for their main bedroom. They were already aware of Webbs through a mutual contact, so after initially visiting what they would have considered ‘bedroom specialists’ they arranged a consultation with their Webbs appointed designer, Erin who listened to their requirements and came up with a bespoke design they were happy with.
The customers requested Neil to install the bedroom, they knew of him from previous work they had had done on their house. It all went without a hitch and they are very happy with the result.
